Live Hawaii Tsunami Coverage (Watch Video)
Latest News Update: Feb. 27-28, 2010
If you haven’t got access to a television at this time, you can still be a part of the live coverage of the expected tsunami in Hawaii. The tsunami comes after an 8.8 magnitude earthquake struck west Chile not long ago. The Tsunami was estimated to have traveled a whopping 500 miles per hour westbound across the Pacific ocean.
The tsunami was originally expected to strike the coasts of Hawaii at about 4:05PM Eastern, but estimates could put the strike time at about 5:45PM Eastern.
The feed quality isn’t exactly perfect, but it’s certainly watchable:

American Idol Results 2010: The Results Are In
It was our first results show for American Idol Season 9 and I’m a little surprised with the two guys who were voted out.
What a shame for Tyler Grady who sang “American Woman”. It might not have been his best vocal performance but he deserved another chance. I loved his Jim Morrison look and think he could have done well if given the opportunity.
The same with Joe Munoz. I blame this on idol. They gave him absolutely no face time until it was announced he was in the top 24.

Snow, Winter Storm to Hit Tristate Friday, Saturday (Pictures, Video)
Snow will develop from southwest to northeast across the area Friday night. It appears the track of the storm will bring the heaviest snow across central and southern New Jersey with very little snow across our far northern suburbs. The low temperature will be 26 degrees in Midtown and 20-25 degrees across the colder suburbs.
Snow will continue into early Saturday afternoon again with the heaviest remaining south of New York City. Look for windy conditions to develop as well with blowing and drifting of snow. A Blizzard Warning has been issued for Ocean County in New Jersey due to the heavy snow and high wind forecast. Winter Storm Warnings cover the rest of central New Jersey and a Winter Storm Watch is in effect for northeast New Jersey, New York City, and Long Island.
