Earthquake Today: 6.8 magnitude quake rocks China-Russia-North Korea border region

BEIJING - The U.S. Geological Survey reports that a 6.8 magnitude earthquake has struck the China-Russia-North Korea border region.

The temblor struck about 9:15 Thursday morning Beijing time. Office towers in downtown Beijing swayed slightly for about a minute.
